Somatic Nature Physical Therapy and Wellness is an out-of-network provider of physical therapy
for all health insurances.

A Superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance carrier for direct reimbursement
(varies by plan).

FSA/HSA: Payment can be made directly using your FSA/HSA card; a receipt is provided for
submission.

You may receive physical therapy without a prescription for 45 days or 12 visits, whichever
occurs first.
- After that time frame, a prescription is required to continue treatment.

Cancellation policy
Notice is counted in business hours — weekends and holidays do not count toward it.

If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 business hours' notice, you will be
charged the full session fee.

If you cancel between 24 and 48 business hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50%
of the session fee.

Please know that your appointment time is being held for you — canceling last minute does not
leave sufficient time to fill the reserved time.
Clinic standards

You'll be treated in a clinic that holds itself to safety standards well above typical
practice settings, including HEPA air filtration and thorough disinfection protocols, for a
clean, comfortable, health-conscious environment.
